QUALITY INTERNATIONAL TOURS, INC dba QUALITY TRAVEL, INC “ GENERAL INFORMATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT: A deposit of $300** per person is required at time of booking. Full payment must be made 60 days prior to departure. Bookings made within 60 days of departure are subject to immediate payment in full. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: A $60 * fee per person will be retained
for any cancellation made within 60 day prior to departure, received in
writing the following penalties will apply: 60-31 days 20% of the booking,
minimum $200 per person. 30-16 days 30% of booking minimum $300 per
person. 15-8 days 50% of booking minimum $500 per person. 7 days or less
100% of booking. Airline tickets and train tickets are not refundable once
issued. No refund for unused services while on tour. A $60 fee per booking
will be required for each service change once deposit is paid. No change
can be made to any reservation within 7 days of departure. PLEASE NOTE:
The above charges will be in addition to any charges imposed by airlines,
cruise line, hotel and/or Land Tour Operators
plus phone, telex, fax or cables charges. Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended. All claims for refund have to be presented in writing to QUALITY INTERNATIONAL TOURS, no later than 3 weeks after returning from the land package. LAND
ONLY FEES: A land only fee of $20.00 per person will be added
to all “land only” booking that do not include round-trip airfare. LATE BOOKING: Last minute bookings will be accepted, subject to availability, provided payment has been received and documents can be delivered. Special mailing or delivery cost will be at the client’s expense. REVISION/CHANGE: There will be no charge for an initial revision, except for long distance telephone calls and cables. There will be a charge of $12.50 per booking for each additional revision. This charge will be over and above any charge will be over and above any charge imposed by airlines and/or hotels. NOT INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE: Porterage at airport and hotels; tips to local representatives, sightseeing guides, restaurant employees, hotels bellmen and chambermaids; wines, liquors, laundry or other items of a personal nature. Tipping is left to your discretion, since better service is usually obtained when gratuities are handled directly. Any other items not specifically mentioned within itinerary. REFUND
FOR UNUSED SERVICES: Unused transfers and sightseeing tours included
in the basic tours cannot be refunded because they are carried out by the
chartered vehicles. Unused hotels nights are refunded only if they cover a
minimum of two consecutive nights, and only to the extend the tour
operator receives refund from the hotels, after deducting cancellation
charge levied by the hotel, if any. To get a prompt refund for unused
services, clients are requested to submit to their agent written proof
from the hotel, taxis or other Land Operator, that service were unused and
are refundable. A checkout
bill from the hotel in question will be accepted in lieu of special
certification. If no proof is furnished, a refund will be made only after
investigation which may take up to three months. To be accepted , all
refund claims should be presented to the travel agent who initially booked
the tour, no later than 3 weeks after the trip has ended.
No refund or adjustment will be made for any change, cancellation or
modification of services provided in this itinerary, if such changes are
made by the tour participant during the tour. RESPONSABILITY: QUALITY INTERNATIONAL TOURS, INC , 9565 NW 41st Street , Miami, FL and/or their agents and offices and/or suppliers services pursuant to or in connection with these itineraries shall act only as an agents for the passenger in making arrangements for hotels, Air / transportation, restaurants, or any other Land services and do not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, death , loss, accident or delay to person or property due to an act of negligence of or default of any hotel, carrier, restaurant, Land Tour Operators, company person, rendering any of the services included in the tour or by act of God. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any damage or delay due to sickness , pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restrains, weather or other causes beyond their personal control PRICES:
Prices of these tours are based on rates in effect (including foreign
exchange rates) at the time of printing, and are subject to change at any
time without notice. PASSPORT, VISA & HEALTH REQUIREMENTS. Quality International Tours, Inc assumes NO responsibility if a travelers is refused entry into a country, it is the sole responsibility of the traveler to make absolutely sure all entry documents and health requirements are in correct form. Any cancellation due to incorrect entry documents will carry complete cancellation penalties. HOTELS: Every effort will be made to use reserved hotels, but other hotels of similar or better category may be substituted without prior notice. I am also agree to the hotels location(s); category, facilties and services indicated in my Tour package. AIRLINES: The airline concerned are not liable for any claim of whatsoever nature arising out of, or in connection with these vacation packages, except as conditions of contract provided on passenger tickets issued in conjunction with these vacation packages.
