 DAY 1.-LIMA.- Arrival,
welcome and transfer to the hotel. Remain of the day at leisure. We
recommend to take a tour to the Colonial and Modern Lima.
Lodging.
DAY
2.- LIMA / CUZCO .- Transfer
to the airport to go on board the flight to Cusco. Arrive, welcome
and transfer to the hotel. Remain of the morning at leisure to
acclimatize with the altitude. Afternoon at leisure.
We recommend to take a magical city tour to know this ancient
city and the ruins in the surroundings such as Sacsayhuaman
Fortress, Q'enqo, Puca Pucara and Tambomachay.
Breakfast / Lodging.DAY 3.-
CUZCO / INCA TRIAL .- Transfer
by bus to Chillca on the Sacred Valley, for meeting your porters. We shall start our hike on the pathways of the
Incas. We shall have a spectacular view of the snow-capped peak of
Mount Verónica and the inca´s terraces. We shall cross the ruins
of Patallacta and Cusichaca valley to the town of Wallaybamba. Time
for exploration of the surroundings.

DAY 4.-
INCA TRAIL .- After
breakfast. We shall continue with our hike. We shall apreciatte the
differents ecological altitudes according to the plants species in
our way. Arrive to the pass of Warmiwañusqa, the highest point in
the journey (14200 f.) Here
we have a breath-taking view of Mount Huayanay (17500 f.). We shall
continue to Pacayamayo Valley where install our camp.

5.- INCATRAIL .- Starting
the hike, we shall find the ruins of Runkurakay (12340 f.), with a
spectacular view of the water falls of Palcay snow-peak. We shall
cross the second pass (13000 f.). In this pass, we shall apreciatte
the mountains range of Vilcabamba, with your main snow-peaks of
Pumasillo, Sacsarayoc y Panta. We shall start our descend and we
shall see the ruins of Sayajmarca that still covered with
vegetation. On the way, we shall cross for a stone tunnel worked by
inkas. Continue to the ruins of Phuyupatamarca where we shall
encamp. Breakfast

6.- INCATRAIL / MACHU PICCHU.- Continue
with our hike to the ruins of Wiñay Huayna, considered as the City
of the Eternal Youth. Then continue and arrive at Intipunku or The
Sun Gate, where the panoramic view of Machu Picchu is incomparable.
Continue and arrive at the citadel. Guided visit to the ruins of
this Sacred City of the Inkas.
Descent to the little town of Aguas Calientes for lodge in a basic
hotel.

7.- MACHU PICCHU / CUZCO .- The
whole day can be dedicated to explore these extraordinary Inca
remains. In the afternoon, we shall take the train to back to Cusco.
